We help you understand your electricity bill

By uploading your energy bill, you consent to Exnaton AG processing the document to generate an explanation of its contents. What we process: The file you upload and everything it contains — including personal data such as your name, address, customer or meter numbers and IBAN. How we process it: The complete document is sent, as uploaded, to a large language model provided by Anthropic (Claude) to generate your bill explanation. Anthropic processes the data as our processor and does not use it to train its models. How long we keep it: Your file is processed in memory only and is not stored in any database. It is kept temporarily (up to one hour) so you can ask follow-up questions, then automatically deleted.
